We want you to get the care you deserve.

MEET THE OWNER!

Brandelyn is a licensed holistic psychotherapist, certified meditation and yoga teacher with specific training in trauma-informed practices.

She specializes in working with millennial women and BIPOC - two groups she identifies with and deeply cares about. Brandelyn addresses physical and mental health and wellness utilizing somatic-based therapy.

Her desire to uplift and support others goes back to when she was a pre-teen and enhanced around 20 years old. Brandelyn always knew she wanted to help others and pursue a career and lifestyle in doing so.

Brandelyn saw the need of taking her knowledge, experience and passion to bridge mental health and the physical for the BIPOC community and created Mind, Body and Soul Counseling!!

We are a group of therapists who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing holistic therapy. Let us help you connect with one of our therapists who meets your needs and is available to see you.

Mind, Body and Soul Counseling is a safe place intended to guide you to find confidence in your self-identity and live an authentic, fulfilling life through self-care, mindfulness, personal growth, and intentional living.

A different approach

It’s essential for us that our clients get the care they need and deserve which is why we offer a “different” approach to traditional talk therapy. The body holds so many emotions, traumas, memories, etc on a cellular level so it’s not “all in your head”. The body holds some of those answers too, let us help you uncover that.

There is no one path to healing and healing looks different for everyone. We work in collaboration with our clients and offer different modalities. Our work may also include inner child work, limiting thinking & behavior patterns, somatic work, art therapy, mind/body connection, establishing meaningful relationships, attachment theory, & self-compassion.

There are moments in life when we feel stuck and navigating life feels difficult. Doing surface-level self-care and believing that it works can have us ending up in the same cycle of anxiety, depression, and unfulfillment.
